General
1. The equipment offered (only for equipment supplied by Red Alert Solar Electrical) will be guaranteed fort a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of hand-over against any faulty workmanship and materials, excluding fair wear and tear or damages caused directly or indirectly by the client, client representative or any other contractor that the client my use other than Red Alert Solar Electrical.
2. All test and services, would be carried out in accordance with relevant IEC, SANS and SABS standards.
3. Any variation beyond our control or delay, apart from reasonable economic or technical resolution compromised by either side, on items mentioned in our offer will be charged as extra (cost price plus 20% handling charge) and is for the client's account.
4. We cannot be held responsible or provide guarantees for the quality, performance or any technical design of any equipment or materials not supplied by us, or for any workmanship carried out or provided by other subcontractors.
5. Commencement of work will only be done on receiving an order number unless agreed upon before commencement in writing.
6. All property installed by Red Alert Solar Electrical remains the property of Red Alert Solar Electrical until paid in full
and if unpaid the property will be removed, and the cost incurred for removal will be for the clients
account in addition to the initial project cost.

1. The current South African prices are based on the current prices charged to Red Alert Solar Electrical and may fluctuate according to exchange rates and supplier price increases but will be communicated on the placement Of the order.

Delivery

Storage
1. Storage will be charged on items held by Red Alert Solar Electrical due to client delays and or client's agents delays at the rate of R2,300.OO per month with and additional insurance charge of R400.OO per month
